For Defective Items (Manufacturer Fault): Please submit photo’s and a brief explanation to our main email. [email protected]. Upon review, we can either issue a partial refund for the damage, or we can provide a return shipping label for an exchange. In order for us to cover all return expenses, the submission must be made 90 days from the delivery date (not order date). Any submission made after 90 days of delivery date is still subject to exchange, but customer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For General Returns (Customer Changed Mind, No Longer Wanted, Etc): We still offer a full refund if you decide to make a general return. However, since we ship for free on the initial shipment, customer would be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. We will refund the full amount, minus the cost of the shipping label we provide. Please contact us for return shipping label as we receive discounted rates on shipping.
