- We accept returns up to 90 days after the arrival of the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will only receive a 90% refund to cover our initial cost of shipping.
- If the customer is returning because of a manufacturer’s mistake, we will cover all costs of return plus refund/replacement. Warranty for item defects good for 1 year from initial purchase date.
- To initiate the return, please email [email protected] with your reason for return and pictures (if product is defective). We will respond within 24 hours to assist on the return, refund or exhange. You will be refunded within 3 days of return.
- If we ship the product bare metal, and the customer paints/powder coat before dry fitting. The product may not be returned for a FULL refund.. You will be offered an 80% refund and you will cover the cost of shipping.
** IF MODIFICATIONS ARE DONE TO PRODUCT TO FIT TO VEHICLE, THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
For International Orders: Customer is fully responsible for return shipping cost unless manufacturer defect, or mistake in order.
