Refund & Returns Policy

• We accept returns up to 90 days after the arrival of the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will only receive a 90% refund to cover our initial cost of shipping.
• If the customer is returning because of a manufacturer’s mistake, we will cover all costs of return plus refund/replacement. Warranty for item defects good for 1 year from initial purchase date.
• To initiate the return, please email sales@affordableoffroad.com with your reason for return and pictures (if product is defective). We will respond within 24 hours to assist on the return, refund or exhange. You will be refunded within 3 days of return.
• If we ship the product bare metal, and the customer paints/powder coat before dry fitting. The product may not be returned for a FULL refund.. You will be offered an 80% refund and you will cover the cost of shipping.

** IF MODIFICATIONS ARE DONE TO PRODUCT TO FIT TO VEHICLE, THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

For International Orders: Customer is fully responsible for return shipping cost unless manufacturer defect, or mistake in order.
